Why We Ask That Comments be Emailed to Us
First, read this article from our old friend Austin Cline: Blogsnark: Atheist [sic] Are Fools
Notice how Mr. Cline uses [sic] to indicate a typo? Let me bring your attention to this paragraph:
In the past Sofyst has incorrect described atheism as a religion, so perhaps merely calling it a belief system now represents some measure of improvement — but not much of one. Sofyst's failure to think carefully about what he writes is still glaring.
I think maybe Mr. Cline would find it helpful to proofread his articles before he criticizes someone else about not thinking “carefully about what he writes.”
But that’s not the reason for this post. The reason for this post is found here: Atheist are fools....
Click on the link, it will bring up a new browser window. Now click on the comments link on Mr. Sofyst’s blog. See the fifth comment? Is that Mr. Cline? I hope not. I used to have some respect for him.
It probably wasn’t Mr. Cline who wrote that comment. I would like to think he has more class than that. But, that comment and the one below it are good examples of why we ask that comments on the Texian Weblog be emailed to us.
By the way: I know you’ll read this, Austin. Please email me and let me know you didn’t leave that comment.

UPDATE: Mr. Cline visited our site at 4:52 CT this morning. His typo has been corrected. The line now reads: "In the past Sofyst has described atheism as a religion..." We still have not received an email from him.
